Question/Context: What do you think could be done from outside/inside the country to bring agility to people in a way that every Venezuelan (those who live there and those who aren't, like me for example) could help people resolve problems?

Observations/Comments:

  • On the top left of the diagram it emerged that a focus on the Education system would be important. Examples such as Lean Coffee at Schools emerged.
  • On the top right it emerged that capturing ideas would be important.
  • On the bottom of the canvas it emerged that creation of social groups would be important.
  • The center of the diagram related to the understanding that ideas can be re-used and that focusing on bridging the gap between the rest of the world and Venezuela's agile community is important.
